By partnering with Montessori Stepping Stones (neighbouring Child Care Centre), Mater Christi Catholic Primary School is delighted to provide a value-added service to its school community by offering an on-site Outside School Hours Care Program.
The Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program consists of before school care, after school care and a vacation care program. The program aims to ensure that children in school age care have opportunities to engage in leisure and play-based experiences which are responsive to the needs, interests, and choices of the children attending our service and contribute fully to their ongoing development.
OSHC is available every day except on public holidays or when school announce pupil free days. Vacation care is provided during school holidays and on pupil free days where announced and is open to the wider community aged between 4 – 12 years, priority will be given for children already enrolled at the service. The program for vacation care is tailored around gathered information from calendar events, community events, the current season and gathered information from attending children.
